I don't know if this location for The Residences is still happening, as of now the lot is still a dirt lot. I do know there are Residences in Arizona, in Marana just south of Phoenix. I've stayed at the hotel and looked at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain and have to say they were stunning. Considering the property, the views, the home designs, the golf course and the amenities they definitely stand out as some of the best luxury real estate in Arizona.
